Pursuant to a fundamental change review, the common shares of InCana Investments Inc. ("IIN") have re-qualified for listing.� InCana has announced the completion of its previously announced acquisition of EasyMed Services SA.

The shares will begin trading on Monday, February 22, 2010 under the new name of EasyMed Services Inc.�
