The common shares of Alliance Mining Corp. have been approved for listing on CNQ. There are approximately 8.1 million common shares outstanding with a public float of 5.0 million shares.

Alliance is engaged in the business of acquiring, developing and exploring precious metals and base metals resource properties throughout North America, currently concentrated in the Placerita area of the mineral-rich Transition Zone between the Colorado Plateau and the Basin and Range Geological Province in Arizona. Alliance has acquired a group of claims in this area known as the Placerita gold properites in Yavapai county Arizona.
