BAC Canada Finance Company Extendible Step Up Notes were posted for trading Wednesday, November 2, 2011 on an “if, as and when issued” basis. All trades up to and including November 9 will settle November 15, 2011, the Issue Date of the Note.

On Thursday, November 10, 2011 the Notes will begin trading on a regular settlement basis with accrued interest.
