Forth Chimo Minerals Inc. has announced a name change to Mag Copper Limited and a consolidation of its common shares on a basis of one (1) new common share for five (5) old common shares.  As a result, the consolidation will reduce the number of shares outstanding to approximately 19,232,805 common.

The common shares of the Company will begin trading under its new name and on a consolidated basis on June 15, 2011 under the trading symbol “QUE”.

Dealers should be aware that open orders on "FCM" will not be transferred to "QUE", and dealers are also reminded to re-enter their orders on "QUE" taking into account the share consolidation.
