The limited partnership units of HLD Land Development Limited Partnership have been approved for listing on CNSX.  The Company has 6,891,064 units outstanding with a public float of approximately 2.6 million units.

HLD Land Development has signed an agreement for the acquisition of an aggregate 25.875 percent working interest in 12 light oil wells located near Kerrobert, Saskatchewan, a community situated approximately 100 miles southeast of Lloydminster, Alberta.
