The common shares of Ravencrest Resources Inc. have been approved for listing on CNSX.  The Company has 27.5 million common shares outstanding with a public float of approximately 24.1 million shares.

Ravencrest is a junior mining exploration and development company engaged in the acquisition, exploration and development of mineral prospects in Canada. The Company holds an option to earn a 100% interest in its principal property being the “Siwash Property” comprising 97 mineral claims located in southern British Columbia at Siwash Creek, in the Similkameen Mining Division.
