Geophysical Prospecting Inc. (GPHY) has announced a change in the Company's name to Revolution Technologies Inc. As a result of the name change, the shares of the Company will be assigned a new SYMBOL and CUSIP.

The common shares of Revolution Technologies will commence trading under the new name and symbol on Tuesday, March 18, 2008.

Listing and disclosure documents for Revolution Technologies will be available in the CNQ Listings Disclosure Hall
