HLD Land Development Limited Partnership ("HLD") has announced that the General Partner has declared a distribution of $0.22 per partnership unit payable on or after February 7, 2011 to Unitholders of record as of February 4, 2011. The ex-distribution date, the date as of which a purchaser of units in the Partnership is no longer entitled to receive the distribution, is February 2, 2011.

HLD will begin trading ex-distribution Wednesday, February 2, 2011.
